  1. Purpose of Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to the personal information processing of:

  • Our contractual partners, such as suppliers, sellers and buyers (“Commercial Partners”);
  • Visitors and users of our website (“Users”);
  • Users of our Mobile Apps (“Apps Users”)

  1. What personal data we collect

We collect and process your personal information when you interact with us (for example, when you fill out any online forms on our websites mentioned in Section 1 above – “Websites”, e-mail us or perform any other kind of interaction). This includes data you provide when you login to one of our Websites, to discussion forums or to any other social communication activities on our Websites. The information you provide can include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, personal description and photo, age, birth date, gender and other personally identifying information.

We do not collect or process any sensitive personal data (such as information on race, ethnicity, political, religious, philosophical or any other affiliations or convictions, health issues, sexual life or sexual orientation). In some cases, we may receive your personal information (such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, personal description and photo, age, date of birth, gender) from third parties, such as business partners, subcontractors for technical services, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytic providers, market research companies, credit information agencies. If you log onto our Websites or online services through a third party social media platform, that platform may pass your personal information to us, information permitted under the privacy policy for that platform.

In case we receive your personal information from a third party, we will provide to you all relevant data about their processing as soon as possible, and within a month since we got them (including categories of information processed, purpose of the processing and our legal bases).

Our legal bases for this type of processing are (i) execution of a contract to which you – as our Commercial Partner – are a party, (ii) any legal obligations imposed upon us (iii) our legitimate interests.

We may process personal information such as name and contact data of employees and contractors of our Commercial Partners for communications related to the execution of  certain contracts. Our legal bases for this type of processing are (i) execution of a contract to which our Commercial Partners are a party, (ii) any legal obligations imposed upon us (iii) our legitimate interests.

For the purpose of service providing, goods delivering, and payment making in accordance to relevant contracts (including subscriptions), we may process your personal information, such as identification data, contract data, bank data. Our legal bases for this type of processing are (i) execution of a contract to which Users (specifically subscribers) are a party, (ii) any legal obligations imposed upon us.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We may use your personal information to measure and discern your preferences related to our services and provide you with relevant content; to allow you to participate in the interactive parts of our services when you choose to; to measure and determine the efficiency of the advertising we provide to you and others and to offer you relevant ads; to make suggestions and recommendations to you and other Users of our Websites about products and services that may interest you or them.

In our Company, only a limited number of  employees – from Sales, Legal, Content, IT – may have access to your personal information and only if needed. We do not disclose to such advertising agencies and networks any information that relates to an individual who may be identified from that data, only aggregated information about our Users. We may use this aggregated information to help advertising agencies to reach their target audience We may use the personal information collected about you in order to comply with advertising agencies’ requests of displaying their ads to specific viewers;

(iv) analytic and search engine providers who help us improve and optimize our Websites.
